Safe House is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides two support tools covering National crisis response and recovery resources to those looking for a safer place, a virtual candle vigil and empowerment messaging.
Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in crisis intervention, we formed our organization to provide sensible and innovative solutions. We've consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!

Eliza Conley-Lepene is the Founder, CEO and President of Safe House. Thriver of Violence with a Bachelors Degree in Justice, Advocacy and Psychology. She created both the crisis and recovery apps with the vision of getting people in crisis and recovery to a safer place sooner. Along side her team they have patented both apps, expanded the apps Nationally and launched them on the Google and Apple play stores. Eliza is a mom of two and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. She owns a Hawaiian themed spa in Kennebunk called Spa Voyage, she is pursuing a life long dream of becoming a pilot and holds a M.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautics with a Specialization in Space Systems.
Phoebe Caron is a Case Manager, and is finishing her Bachelors Degree as a Mental Health Generalist in May '25. Phoebe has supported the growth of Safe House with app development, National media coverage, boots on ground, case management and our victim support services, she has directly inspired testimonials of those breaking free from domestic violence as our social media influencer, and has not only been a volunteer, but has served on our board as Secretary, and now Interim Vice President.
